While TotalAdBlock Lite is designed to filter intrusive elements and trackers, we do not warrant that our lists will identify and block 100% of advertisements or tracking scripts. The layout of third-party websites changes frequently, and filtering capabilities are subject to external web changes. We make no guarantees that your access to websites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure at all times.

4. Limitations of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TOTALADBLOCK LITE LLC, ITS MEMBERS, AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR EXTENSION.

Because the "Lite" version of our extension is provided 100% free of charge, the maximum aggregate liability of TotalAdBlock Lite LLC under any statutory claim shall be limited to $0.00. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the **State of Delaware**, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
